City Kids Theatre was founded in 2014 by Davin Griffiths-Jones with a vision to redefine youth musical theatre in Sydney. Identifying a gap in the industry, he created a platform where young performers could take part in high-quality, full-scale productions.
Today, City Kids Theatre offers a unique opportunity for performers to combine their singing, dancing and acting in professionally staged musicals, delivering an experience far beyond traditional competitions and concert performances.

Over the past decade, City Kids Theatre has become Sydney’s leading youth musical theatre company, producing large-scale productions that showcase exceptional young talent.
Our performers continue to grow into confident, skilled artists, with many progressing into further training and professional pathways in the performing arts. Each production presents a new generation of performers, featuring some of Sydney’s leading young talent at their very best.
Specialising in musical theatre, City Kids Theatre combines dance, acting and vocals in full-scale theatrical productions. Based in Winston Hills, we welcome performers from across Sydney.
